I booked in for the supply and installation of a Tucson Sway Controller with Shane from Bannockburn Caravan and Trailer services. Shane arrived early and got straight to work with the installation. It felt like no sooner he after he arrived he let me know he was finished. He ran me through the operations and even gave me time for a brief chat about electric brake operation. Shane was very thorough and clearly has a strong understanding of the operations of the installed product and other services related to caravans and trailers. His bright personality complemented his professional approach to his craft. I’m a happy customer.

Shane was very thorough and professional he has a lot of experience and knowledge .
Apart from a full service Shane found one of the vans U Bolts had broken off which would have caused us huge issues on our planned QLD trip so thankful he is on the ball

I was having a check underneath my van and found that my rear right hand spring had a couple of cracks in it I gave Shane a call. He was in Geelong and within half an hour he came and check the spring made and made an appointment to fit the new spring three days later. Arrived on time. Very punctual. Done a great job replace the spring. Great service knows what he’s doing thanks again Shane. I have you Shane for my regular service on my caravan.

Shane was easy to deal with, arranged a prompt service call to install ESC, turned up on time and conducted himself professionally. On completion he took as much time as I need to explain the system (and some other valuable hints). Will use him for my regular services from now on.
